  1. Sustain Partnership and Collaboration

Constant partnership and collaboration was undertaken by this Group together with the stakeholders and other government and private agencies in order to address the current threats on cybercrimes.

       a. Partnership and Collaboration with Stakeholders and other Pillars of the Criminal Justice System (CJS). The complexity of prosecuting cyber criminals made the PNP ACG to initiate the following activities for the establishment of stronger ties with the stakeholders and other concerned agencies:

       b. Recommended the creation and subsequent activation of National Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee – Subcommittee on Cybercrime (NALECCSOCY) which started on July 23, 2015.

  1. Initiated the “2-Day Seminar on the Laws and Jurisprudence on Cybercrime Related Laws” in partnership with the University of the Philippines Law Center held at PNP TS, Camp Crame, Quezon City on October 22 – 23, 2015.

Participated in “Regional Cybercrime – CyberSecurity Assessment Conference” co-sponsored by the Council of Europe and Office of the Cybercrime, Department of Justice which was attended by cybersecurity experts from ASEAN member-countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Taiwan held on November 11-12, 2015.


  1. Participation in Religious, Health/Physical Fitness, and Environmental Protection Related Activities. Twenty (20) activities were participated in by this Group in support of the various flagship projects/programs of different government and private institutions, as shown:
